Registration, Safety Info and Supervision
Before you start climbing with us, we ask that everyone takes a few minutes to watch our safety video, read through our house rules, and sign our acknowledgment of risk form.
If you're bringing children along, you'll also need to get familiar with our supervision ratios and active supervision practices so everyone has a safe and fun time on the walls.

House Rules
Our house rules are here to keep everyone safe and having fun, on and off the walls. Please take a moment to read through them before you climb.
Bringing Under 16's?
Please familiarise yourself with our supervision ratios and what 'active supervision' looks like in practice.
Supervising Kids
While the bright colours and soft mats give the impression of a soft play environment, bouldering centres are a lot more dangerous by nature, and require active supervision from adults at all times. For this reason we have strict supervision ratios.
Supervision Ratios (for adults not climbing)
In some cases, staff may ask supervising adults to follow different adult-to-child ratios if individual circumstances make this necessary for safety.
Adults climbing with under 16s
Aged 5 and under
The supervising adult is not allowed to climb with a child 0-5 years old unless another supervisor is present.
Aged 6-10 Years
The supervising adult can climb but can not supervise more that 1 child aged 6-10 years.
Aged 11+
The supervising adult can climb with up to 2 children as long as both children are aged 11+.
Checklist for supervisors
Watch the Safety Induction Video and read through the house rules - We'll ask you a few questions about this on your first visit.
Check the supervision ratios to make sure you have enough adults for the number of children you intend to bring.
If you're bringing children, watch the Induction Video and discuss the safety information together before you come.
Complete a registration form for yourself as a supervising adult, and your add your minors to your form. You only need to do this once. We strongly recommend completing the registration process before coming to the centre, so you can get climbing quicker!
After you've registered, you can just show up, check in, and get climbing.
