The Penta from YY Vertical, sold in pairs, is a climbing training accessory made of wood. It is easily transportable due to its weight and size.
It offers several different holds: 30, 25, 20, 15 and 10 mm, mono, duo + tray. Once the Penta is suspended, its 360° rotation system allows you to change holds by turning around. The suspension exercises you can do with them will allow you to warm up before a session and to train by strengthening the active and passive structures of your fingers, arms and back.
You can also use them as unstable supports for doing push-ups.
