Girls Who Grind Coffee is an all-female roastery in the south-west of England that buys its coffee only from women producers. It's what we brew in the centre, and you can take a 250g bag home, as whole beans or ready ground.
The coffees
Girl Crush: the house espresso. A medium roast that's sweet, silky and balanced, great black or with milk.
Oh My Goth: a darker roast with dark chocolate, caramel and praline. Big body, low acidity, made for espresso and milk drinks.
Rise & Grind: half speciality Robusta from Nafeesa Esmail in Uganda, half Arabica from Mio in Brazil. Dark chocolate, spice and nuts, with a bit more kick.
Back to the Filter: an everyday filter blend of Wubit Bekele's Ethiopian and Ana Luisa Pellicer's Brazilian coffee. Milk chocolate, floral and caramel.
One Eye Open Half Caff: half decaf, half regular, for all the flavour with half the buzz.
Dreamy Decaf (La Tribu): the new decaf, from women producers in La Tribu, Jaltenango, Chiapas, Mexico. Mountain Water decaffeinated.
Dreamy Decaf (Cafe Feminino): the previous decaf lot, from the women of Cafe Femenino in Peru. Apple, toffee and plum.
