Who is it for?

Private coaching at Frome Boulder Rooms is open to everyone:

  • Complete beginners — never climbed before? Perfect. We'll get you moving confidently on the wall from day one.
  • Improvers — feeling stuck at the same grade? We'll work out why and fix it.
  • Advanced climbers — ready to take your climbing seriously? We'll dig into the details.
  • Kids & juniors — building confidence, coordination and a love of climbing from an early age.

What to expect

Every session is built around you. Your coach will take the time to understand where you are, where you want to get to, and what's standing in the way. Sessions focus on bouldering, movement and technique, with the option to work on longer-term training and progression if that's what you're after.
