We're currently only shipping to the UK.

 We will send full tracking information on your order has been dispatched.

All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday).

For orders placed after 2pm Friday, during Saturday and Sunday, orders will be dispatched on Monday. 

We offer a Click and Collect service (Local Pickup) from our store within Frome Boulder Rooms. Collections are available Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm, Saturday 10am-8pm and Sunday 10am-6pm.

• Once our Click and Collect service has been selected and the order is placed, you will be contacted via email with confirmation that your orders are ready to collect.
• Please do not arrive for a collection unless you have been informed that your order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation email with you and ID and speak to a member of staff at Frome Boulder Rooms, Unit 3 and 4, The Cotton Works, Vallis Road, Frome, Somerset, BA11 3EN.
