Steeper Ground

This session introduces you to steeper terrain, covering how to keep your hips close, use your feet on the wall and conserve energy when gravity isn't on your side.
7

Endurance

Building the stamina to climb longer and stronger There's nothing worse than pumping out halfway up a problem you know you can do. This session focuses on climbing efficiency and building the endurance to stay on the wall longer.
